Advantages of web based feedback systems The conventional way to treat leadership- or culture surveys was until recent times very time-consuming with the classical paper-and-pencil surveys. The survey sheets had to be digitalized, evaluated statistically and visualized. This approach is extremely time- and cost intensive. With the use of web based feedback systems the survey is done via pc screens. In theory an unlimited amount of evaluations can be used at the same time. The evaluation is available immediately on the touch of a button and can be used comfortably in the form of a pdf file for your own documentation.

The uniqueness of our system
Our rj 360° feedback has been developed specifically for the automotive industry. A differentiated system of categories allows a sound standing evaluation of individual managers. In our rj 360° feedback characteristics are condensed into main categories and presented with numerous question items. For example if we ask: “My superior understands to motivate us as a team”, we want to use this to ascertain the main category “motivational talent”. If we ask “My superior treats conflicts in a pragmatic way”, we are asking about the competence to solve conflicts. The manager himself and at least five chosen feedback givers answer the same 180 questions that are condensed into six main dimensions:

1. information and communication capability
2. personnel development competence
3. problem solving and decision making competence
4. leadership and situation competence
5. Motivation-capability
6. conflict resolution competence

The feedback system is based on a state-of-the-art modern leadership theory. It offers bespoke statistical analysis for each client.

Visualization
The rj 360° feedback illustrates graphically the individual profile of the assessed manager. You can easily extract the state of individual categories and find the areas within the profile that need working on in order to produce a better leadership performance.
